Mid-Year Exams 2012 Schedule posted
Mid-Year exams will begin on Friday, January 20 and conclude on Wednesday, Janaury 25, 2012. Students will be dismissed at 11:00 am on January 20, 23 & 24, and at 9:07 am on January 25. Studetns taking make-up exams on Wednesday, January 25 will need to arrange their own transportation home.

Exam Rules
1. There are no exemptions for first semester exam, except:
- for those seniors who earned a Proficient with Distinction score on the ELA and/or Math sections of last year's NECAP and if their semester cumulative average is passing.
- for those seniors who earned a Proficient or better score on the last spring's Science NECAP and if their semester cumulative average is passing (at the teacher's discretion)
- for those seniors in semester-long courses who have attained an average of 90 or better (at the teacher's discretion)
2. Students must remain in class for the entire exam period.
3. If a student does not have an exam (i.e. exemption as listed above) he/she may go home or go to the cafeteria.
4. Exams are comprehensive. They give students the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge from materials covered throughout the semester.
