SurveyWorks for Students, Parents, and Staff

The RI Dept. of Education is conducting its annual survey of schools called SurveyWorks. This survey gives schools important information about school climate and safety, teaching and learning, family involvement, and resources. There are separate surveys for students, parents and staff.
Your views on these issues are important to LHS, and we hope to have as many parents and guardians participate as possible. The survey is easy to take online at www.surveyworks.ride.ri.gov. Paper copies can also be requested.
Additionally, parents have the right to request that their child not take the survey. Please refer to the attached letters from Principal McNamara and from the RI Dept. of Education for more information.
